1. Documentation
All passengers (adults and children) must carry their ID, passport, or foreigner's card during tours. For entry to Machu Picchu and other archaeological sites, the document must match the name on the ticket.
2. Changes and Cancellations
Date changes or cancellations must be requested 96 hours in advance, subject to agency approval. Administrative and logistical expenses already organized will incur penalties. Only one date change is allowed. No refunds will be issued. This does not apply to multi-day tours, packages with accommodation, or promotions.
3. Health Cases
If a passenger cannot travel for medical reasons, they must present an official medical certificate. The agency will evaluate rescheduling, but no refunds will be made. This does not apply to trips with accommodation of 2 or more days.
4. Children's Policies
Children under 4 years old travel free and must be carried by their parents (except for site entrances that require payment). Children from 5 to 12 years old have differentiated rates.
5. No-Show
If the passenger does not show up on the day of the tour, they lose 100% of the deposit. The group leader must assume the outstanding balance.
6. Transportation
Tourist transportation is outsourced, authorized by the MTC, and has valid SOAT insurance. In case of mechanical failures, a transfer or replacement will be provided without right to claim or refund. We do not guarantee buses with restrooms; this depends on availability.
7. Accommodation
Packages with accommodation are non-refundable. Hotel policies in Cusco and Sacred Valley do not allow refunds or changes.
8. Punctuality
Waiting time at the departure point: maximum 10 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. The bus does not make additional stops along the route.
9. Tour Guides
The guide will contact you one day before via WhatsApp or phone call. If the passenger does not respond, they must contact the agency. The guide has the authority to leave if the passenger does not show up at the agreed time.
10. Weather and External Factors
Tours may be rescheduled due to road blockages, strikes, rain, snow, or natural disasters. No refunds will be made. In case of bad weather at high altitude destinations (Vinicunca, Ausangate, Humantay), the guide may modify the route.
11. Safety
Traveling under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Carrying dangerous objects is not allowed. Each passenger is responsible for their physical condition and must report allergies or health problems. High altitude tours are not suitable for people with cardiovascular problems or high blood pressure.
12. Liability
The agency is not responsible for loss of personal items. Adventure sports (rafting, ATVs, horseback riding, etc.) are at the participant's own risk. Pregnant individuals cannot participate in risk activities. Passengers with disabilities must inform when booking to provide accommodations.
13. Payments
The balance must be paid before boarding. Card payments do not qualify for promotions. Prices do not include IGV (VAT); if an invoice is required, 18% will be added.
14. Photographs
Photos taken during the tour may be used by the agency on digital media. Passengers may request not to appear in group photos.
15. Acceptance
By making a reservation, the passenger accepts these terms and conditions. The agency reserves the right to modify schedules according to capacity and high season.
